EDGE-LIT SIGN MANUFACTURE
Description
We are Australia’s only dedicated trade supplier of acrylic Edge-lighting systems. If you need the whole “Edge-Lit” sign, and you either don’t have the machines or experience, we will save you time and money. We can help from inception and design right through to the finished product, ready for installation.
Our factory has a dedicated machine shop for acrylic machining with:
- two CNC machines:
- CNC Router (with vacuum bed and feed through) used for V cut (3D) letters into acrylic,
- CNC Laser machine used for etching and cutting acrylic.
- a vinyl plotter
- A portable paint booth.
We have the skills, experience, facilities, and capacity to:
- supply “just” the Edge – lighting unit; – see here: Edge Lighting systems
- manufacture your edge-lit sign complete with fixings and matched Australian Standards-compliant LED Driver
- General cutting and machining of acrylic up to 15mm thick,
We have manufactured literally thousands of Edge-lit signs on behalf of sign makers, display companies, and shop-fitters. No job is too big or small, and we supply from ‘one-off’ projects to large Franchise branding exercises. You will find our signs in places like chemists, food halls, banks, malls, shopping centers, RSLs, Hotels, Casinos, and even children’s bedrooms.
