LED MODULE- for EDGE-LIGHTING lightboxes

Description

This LED Module, designed for DOUBLE SIDED Light box Illumination, is a stand-out in the sign industry.    It is ideally suited to lightboxes between 15cm -25cm deep – the distance between the two Lit faces.

Waterproof (IP 65 rating), each module produces 280 Lumens of clean white 6000k light.  It’s lens focusses the light in a very narrow beam (65 X 12 degrees) so it bounces light off the opposite side of the lightbox, before hitting the signs’ front panels.  This second-generation edge/side-mounted Lightbox LED Module employs the latest technology which results in more evenly distributed light than its competition.

Used primarily for new installations, but- it can also be used for refurbishing older double-sided lightboxes.  If you are retrofitting an existing lightbox that requires the internal framing (used for the previous fluoro tubes), for structural reasons to be retained, tell us.   We have other options including our single-sided Light box module which can be used back to back.  For more info – click here

Just supply us with the lightbox dimensions:  Length, height, and depth between lit surfaces.  We use these to determine your exact requirements, including the correct output Australian Standards compliant Power Supply.  The specific quantity of modules you require, is pre-configured, with soldered joints and tails back to the power supply location, where everything can be connected.  There is NO wastage, as you are not paying for unused modules, so this is a very cost effective option.   Enclosed in the box is a layout plan ensuring that the installation is quick and easy, at NO change.

Light Boxes less than 600mm high:

Apply LEDs Top OR bottom only- 150mm spacing for single-sided- 125mm spacing – double-sided

Light Boxes between 600mm and 1.0 m high:

Apply LEDs Top AND bottom – 150mm spacing for single-sided- 125mm spacing – double-sided

Light Boxes more than 1.0 m high:

Apply LEDs Top, Bottom, and Both Ends 150mm spacing for single-sided- 125mm spacing – double-sided
